Specializing in business intelligence and strategic solutions for small, medium, and large corporations on both a national and international scale, with the Brazilian market being its primary target audience.

He serves as the President of Green Card Solutions-EB-5 Regional Center, as well as the President of the Aquera Foundation. He is a consultant, journalist, political analyst, speaker, educator, entrepreneur, civic activist, and leader in numerous organizations related to his home country of Brazil.

With a background in Economics and Law, he holds degrees from various prestigious institutions including Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Universidade Federal de Brasília, Universidade Mackenzie, Sorbonne, University of Chicago, Harvard, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has further honed his expertise through over 60 specialized courses undertaken both in Brazil and abroad. He also holds a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from Ambra University.
